Clear rates before we start
VAT registered — every job is + VAT and comes with a proper invoice. Prices below are from 7 September 2026.
Labour
£70 per hour + VAT. Agreed before work starts — no surprise extras.
Call-out
£30 + VAT on jobs under 2 hours. £0 in Urmston, Flixton, Carrington & Partington. Waived on bigger jobs over 2 hours. Basic & full services within 7 miles of home: no call-out. Outside 7 miles: £30 + VAT call-out regardless of job length.
Customer-supplied parts
Happy to fit them, with a £60 + VAT fitting fee on top of labour. No warranty on those parts — workmanship only.
Payments
Bank transfer, cash, or credit/debit card. You’ll get an itemised invoice every time.

Common questions
Do I need a driveway?
A private driveway or safe off-road bay is best for most jobs. Quick diagnostics can sometimes be done in a permitted roadside space if there’s room to work safely.
What is the labour rate and call-out?
Labour is £70 per hour + VAT. Call-out is £30 + VAT on jobs under 2 hours (waived over 2 hours, and £0 in Urmston, Flixton, Carrington & Partington). Basic/full services within 7 miles: no call-out. Outside 7 miles: £30 + VAT call-out on every job. See pricing & policies.
Will mobile servicing affect my manufacturer warranty?
Under UK Block Exemption rules, an independent qualified technician using OE-spec parts and the correct oils keeps your warranty intact. We document the work properly.
What cars do you cover?
Diagnostics are Volkswagen Group only — VW, Audi, SEAT, Škoda and MAN TGE. Mechanical work such as brakes, suspension and servicing is fine on other brands unless we say otherwise.
Can you fit parts I’ve bought myself?
Yes. There’s a £60 + VAT fitting fee on top of labour. There’s no warranty on customer-supplied parts — only on the workmanship.
How do I pay?
Bank transfer, cash, or credit/debit card. Every job is VAT invoiced.
